9:30 - 11am - Anusara-Inspired - Noorish 
5:30 - 7pm - Anusara-Inspired - Shanti Yoga Studio

Wednesdays:
9:30 - 11am - Anusara-Inspired Yoga Jam - Noorish  - The talented Brian McLeod comes to play live music in this class. Come join us!!
7:30 - 9pm - Anusara-Inspired - Prana Yoga Studio

Thursdays: 
9:30 - 10:45am - Yoga Flow - Prana Yoga Studio

***please note - during these trainings, my regular scheduled classes will be subbed out. I will do my best to schedule workshops and trainings Fri-Mon as to not over lap with my teaching schedule, however due to format - there will be overlap.***

August 1-16th (with each 6th day off) - Gaiatri TT - Part 1 @ Yoga Life, Edmonton, AB
Sept 10-15th - Gaiatri TT - Level 2 - Calgary, AB
Sept 21-23rd -  Gaiatri TT - Part 2 - Yoga Life, Edmonton, AB
