The Power of Visualization

I borrowed the title for this post from a powerful blog posting that I read today:

Then in my mini-feed on Facebook, I saw this video. I remember while Craig and I were in New Zealand, I saw a picture of a 90 year old woman balancing on one leg with her other foot above her head. The quote underneither said something along the lines of "If you want to be able to do something when you're 90, do it every day of your life. Here is my future:

The 91 year old woman in the video below is teaching yoga after her hip replacement dispite her doctors predictions. Wow! What an inspiration and a life long devotion to the practice.
