Fall Equinox & The Universal Principles of Alignment

Did anyone see the full moon last night? What about this morning? It was brilliant! Apparently, this was the first full moon to land on the first day of fall in quite a few years. Fall Equinox the day of the year where the night begins to outlast the day. This means a whole lot more to us up here in the North than it does to our Southern neighbours. I spent a good portion of yesterday setting good intentions of exploring the dark with bright eyes. Dancing in the darker areas of my own life to learn and understand my own essence of being at a greater level. For it is through the dark that we can even begin to understand the light.

This morning, I found this video. Please watch it! Especially if you've been in any of my classes lately where I've been talking about Anusara's Universal Principles of Alignment.

I hope your day is as full as last night's moon!
