This past week I was so Blessed to be in Maui studying with John Friend for an Anusara Therapeutics Training and a weekend workshop where Ram Dass joined us for a couple hours of Satsung on both Saturday and Sunday. Sunday was a bit of an Auspicious day as it was Oct 10th, 2010 or 10-10-10.
John taught an amazing couple classes and at the end of the first class - I was inspired to write this prayer for my 10-10-10 experience:
May I expand and increase my awareness infinitely within my own being and of the Universe. May my consciousness rise beyond my wildest expectations. May I live my Dharma fully throughout my life and do my part to unveil the Heaven that is on earth and enhance this greatness of this human experience and our reverence for Spirit. May I be so blessed to experience Ecstasy in my loving relationship. May I continue to be so blessed and dance with the Divine in this life and beyond. ~Om Namah Shivaya
May we all be so blessed to ride the currents of Grace in this life. May we all forever live in an upward spiral of life enhancing experiences. May we all become more aware and conscious and blissful in our life experiences. May we all answer the deepest calling of our hearts to live to our ultimate fullest!
