By popular demand, the Gaiatri Advanced Alignment Intensive is back at YogaLife Studios! We will lead you through an experiential learning adventure of the Universal Principles of Alignment from the well respected system of Anusara yoga.

Conscious Creation from Divine Destruction


This ongoing workshop series is a collaborative project with Sparrow Shraddah. 

We are experimenting with different tools and methodologies to break down walls, remove barriers, die little deaths to open up space for creation or rebirth. All with the intention of bringing us each closer to living our full potential and uncovering our unique gifts in this life. While there may be similarities between each workshop in the series, each has it's own unique flavour and theme. You can expect anything from flowing asana, toning, journalling, dyad work, mantra, meditation, restorative yoga, shaking and much more.

Upcoming retreats are in the incubation process. Sasha Bahador and I are brewing up a Woman's retreat. As soon as the location becomes clear - we'll announce the details.

We had so much fun in Fernie with a full house! The Gods dumped over a meter of fluffy white stuff all over us, the food was delicious and the company was outstanding! We even were treated by Noorish's Ayaaz Kasaam to a Raw Chocolate making workshop!
